Claire joined ESL Insights, LLC. from Xerox Corporation where she had an extensive and successful career in field operations and customer support. As an ESL Insights principal, Claire brings a unique perspective and level of understanding to every research assignment whether in business-to-business or in the broader consumer marketplace.
Claire's passion is for problem solving marketing and business problems - a passion that is equal to her incredible skills. Claire's strength is her ability to look at the findings from each research assignment from a number of points of view simultaneously to understand:
The strategic fit and implications of the learnings in the broader business context
"Real world" consequences including recommendations for next steps
How the customer and end user will be impacted
And finally - and following the company's basic philosophy - each ESL Insights report is tailored to the specifications of the customer. Her goal is to ensure "turnkey" delivery of each report.....so that each client can use today's presentation in tomorrow's AM meeting without needing to change anything!
Claire has recently relocated to Seattle, Washington where she applies the knowledge she gained doing business-to-business research around work/life and technology to how she does her job on a daily basis.
