Qualitative and Quantitative Services
We utilize qualitative research - including conducting business and consumer focus groups and in-depth interviews - to help you understand how your customers or clients perceive, in their words and language, a product or service you provide.

For quantitative research, we utilize a variety of methods - online, mail, or telephone interviewing  - whatever is most effective in reaching a statistically projectable sample of your target audience.  Additionally, we utilize advanced analytical tools as appropriate including significance testing, data modeling, conjoint analysis, acceptance testing, .


Research For Improving Business Effectiveness
