At ESL Insights, we use a collaborative process with our clients throughout every phase of the research project from the initial meeting to the delivery of the final report.
Once you engage us as your research partner, our initial step is to meet with you and your management team to make sure that we understand your business or marketing concerns and what would be the most appropriate research approaches and techniques to use.
From there we will review any existing information that you provide as well as outside sources to gain a broader understanding of these issues and identify any information gaps that might exist.
Our next step is to define the research objectives and a research plan to meet these objectives. In developing the research plan, we look for the suitability of the method to the target audience to be researched.
As we conduct the research, we keep you informed of the progress as well as any key learnings that emerge.
Once the research is completed, we prepare a report of the findings and implications as they pertain to your business and competitive landscape. During this step, we solicit your feedback and perspective to ensure that we shape what we have learned to your individual business needs.
Our last step is to have a dialogue about what we have learned – most frequently using a “turnkey” PowerPoint presentation – with you and your management team so that everyone gets the opportunity to ask second-level questions and share the learning.
